Pear has successfully completed a new luxury retail space for La Fashionista.

The project was carried out in both daytime and out of hours with the stores having a very strict timeline for opening.

Typically the project involved installation of new shopfittings, reconfiguration of layouts including till moves, new floor and wall tiling , ceiling works, decoration and electrical work including new lighting.

We are also responsible for the coordination of and attendance of client direct suppliers and contractors.

Often the stores have little or no storage so careful programming of all deliveries is required.
