Working alongside hotel project managers, and the new owners of the Sharda Hotel, Pear helped to rejuvenate the luxury bedrooms, bringing the character and decadence of a stunning redesign to reality, injecting the Sharda flagship property with a renewed vibrancy and reasserting venue as the “go-to” hotel in Kensington.

This transformation was successfully completed on the hotels 30 bedrooms and guestrooms.

Pear also refinished the flooring to the entrance and hallways, giving the circulation and meeting areas a refreshing lease of life.
